Adding a media file such as an image or pdf file follows the same process.
From the dashboard, go down to media and click “Add New”
You have the option to upload by selecting the file manually or simply use the drag and drop feature.
Once your image is uploaded it is stored in your media library and you can change the name of the file, caption, resize and crop. It is also worth mentioning the importance of uploading the correct size images. Modern cameras and phones make really high-quality heavy images and a large image can slow down page loading time.
